We make all our food for breakfast and dinners in house from scratch. We do our best to source local ingredients, organic when possible too.
We use products and recommend from Little Lakes Farms in New Hamburg, Walsh Berry Farm in Stratford, Andy and Pam Megans
Farm near St.Mary's or Monforte Dairy in Millbank to name a few.
Our winter menus for 2007/8 are as follows.

(Dinners are not served during the festival season)

 

 

Individual menu choices by guests are to be made at least 14 days prior to seating. Choose one menu per group. Vegetarian items available upon request. BYOB.
All menus $60 per person plus tax.
