Testimonials

Not fair- the wonderful smells coming up from your kitchen… I wish you'd come and liven up my old farm house near Lausanne. Best wishes and thanks for a lovely holiday.

Winter Dinner Menu

We make all our food for breakfast and dinners in house from scratch. We do our best to source local ingredients, organic when possible too. These pears were grown 3 minutes away by one of our generous festival actors.

Fall CanningPreserves

We use local product like Everspring Farms Duck, Erbcroft Farms, Walsh Berry Farm in Stratford, Andy and Pam Megans Farm near St.Mary's or Monforte Dairy to name a few. We are part of the newly formed Stratford Urban Farming Experiment, growing organically from the ground up within city limits.

Our winter sample menus for 2011/12 are as follows.

Individual menu choices by guests are to be made at least 14 days prior to seating. Choose one menu per group. Vegetarian items available upon request. BYOB.
All menus $60 per person plus tax.
